Current mood.
We went to San Antonio, Texas, in 2014 where I was invited to give a talk at the Canola Council of Canada conference on #misinformation and communications. Blair and I took a little side trip to Fredericksburg, Texas. This place had the best burgers and the beer tasted so good.
Remembering times when we could cross The Pond and see other parts of the world.
Fear. Listen to it. But don’t let it do all the talking.
We are emotional beings.
One year ago today, I travelled to New York City 🍎 for a mother-daughter trip. We spent a lovely extended weekend shopping πŸ›, eating 🍽, walking around Central Park 🌳, touring museums and art 🎨 galleries, and hitting up Broadway for the musical experience. The timing was fortuitous. Only a few days later, things went COVID 🦠 sideways in NYC 🍎. And we all know what happened after that.
